2. Delivery Options and Costs
We offer the following delivery options:

Your order will arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch. -
Next Day Delivery: £15.99
For urgent orders, choose Next Day Delivery to receive your items on the next business day after dispatch.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within the same day after payment confirmation (before 8PM).
- Please note that processing times may be longer during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will notify you if any delays occur.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
5. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will attempt re-delivery. If the package cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
7. Fresh Produce
To ensure freshness, especially for perishable items, we recommend selecting Next Day Delivery. Fresh products should be received and consumed or stored promptly upon delivery to maintain quality.
