Return Eligibility
Customers can return items purchased from us within 1 to 2 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. -
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs unless otherwise specified. -
Postage Charges
In most cases, customers are required to cover the return shipping fees. However, if the item is inexpensive, we may not require it to be returned. Instead, we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost to the customer. -
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only for items with major defects or issues. Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item by post and verify its condition. -
Non-Refundable Items
Items that are not considered defective or that have minor issues will not be eligible for a refund. Perishable goods like fresh produce are not eligible for refunds. -
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days or less.
